This app looks really good. Was thinking of making one myself. Now I see several of them and it seems a waste to add even more. Would be nice if all the projects grouped up. Seems they are all going slow 😦
Yeah, we all have our preferred langage and our own philosophy about the ideal app. Some have the strong constraint of being handheld compatible (psp). Some prefer singleplayer (AI) over multiplayer (network).
Starting from scratch is REALLY a lot of work, so I would suggest to avoid that if possible. See if one of the existing project fits you and dig! At least, I might let you see the big picture more clearly.

Well i have been interested in getting into wpf/wcf. did .net framework 1-3 for a while in c# and mc++ so i am cool with that. Looks like ill need to grab the new visual studio and check it out.
